What is Surge?
Surge is Skorvex’s wash and wax car shampoo. It is 450 ml and pH balanced, measured at 5.5 to 6.0.
How many washes do I get from one bottle?
22. Surge dilutes at 20 ml per 5 litre bucket, so one 450 ml bottle gives 22 washes.
Is Surge safe on a ceramic coating or PPF?
Yes, as a maintenance wash. Surge is pH balanced at 5.5 to 6.0 with no caustics and no strong solvents, which are what degrade coatings and film. Surge does not boost or top up a coating.
Can I use dishwashing liquid instead?
No. Dishwashing liquid is made to strip oil and grease, and it is alkaline. Paint, wax and coatings do better with a pH balanced shampoo. Surge measures 5.5 to 6.0.
